“As an African proverb says, ‘One who loves you, warns you,’ we are dedicated to demonstrating God’s love to India’s tribal communities—10% of the population—by promoting their Social, Cultural, and Spiritual upliftment through the Gospel and various initiatives.”

യേശു പറഞ്ഞു …. “ദരിദ്രന്മാരോടു സുവിശേഷം അറിയിപ്പാൻ കർത്താവു എന്നെ അഭിഷേകം
ചെയ്കയാൽ അവൻറ്റെ ആത്മാവ് എൻറ്റെ മേൽ ഉണ്ട്; ബദ്ധന്മാർക്ക് വിടുതലും
കുരുടന്മാർക്ക് കാഴ്ചയും പ്രസംഗിപ്പാനും പീഡിതന്മാരെ വിടുവിച്ചയപ്പാനും
കർത്താവിൻറ്റെ പ്രസാദ വർഷം പ്രസംഗിപ്പാനും എന്നെ അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു” (ലൂക്കോസ്

യേശുക്രിസ്തു കാട്ടി തന്നിരിക്കുന്ന മാതൃക പ്രകാരം സാമ്പത്തികമായി പിന്നോക്ക അവസ്ഥയിൽ ആയിരിക്കുന്നവരും സാമൂഹ്യമായി അവഗണിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുമായ ആദിവാസി സമൂഹത്തിന്റെ ആത്യന്തികമായ ഉദ്ധാരണമാണ് ട്രൈബൽ മിഷന്റെ യഥാർത്ഥ ദർശനം.
• മനുഷ്യ വർഗ്ഗത്തിന്റെ കർത്താവും രക്ഷിതാവും ആയ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിനെ അവർക്ക് ചൂണ്ടി കാണിക്കുക. (ദരിദ്രന്മാരോട് സുശേഷം അറിയിക്കുക)
• ആദിവാസി സമൂഹത്തിന് നല്ല ചികിത്സാ സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ ലഭ്യമാക്കുക (ബദ്ധന്മാർക്ക് വിടുതൽ)
• നല്ല വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം നൽകി അവർക്ക് ജ്ഞാനം പകർന്ന് കൊടുക്കുക (കുരുടന്മാർക്ക് കാഴ്ച)
• മദ്യം, മയക്കു മരുന്ന്, ജാതി വ്യവസ്ഥ എന്നിവയുടെ അടിമത്വത്തിൽ നിന്നും അവരെ മോചിപ്പിച്ച് അവർക്ക് തനതായ വ്യക്തിത്വവും അന്തസ്സും വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ച് നൽകുക (പീഡിതന്മാരെ വിടുവിച്ചയയ്ക്കുക)
